In Other, Non-taggable, News:

I'm still playing the editing game. It's epic, I tell you. I BROKE UNDER 100K YESTERDAY! (Big deal, as I started editing the draft at 128K, which is WAY too many words.) *Pat on the back*

What big goal did YOU accomplish this week?

  1. ... And to whom might you be referring, good lady? Hmm?

Rules were made to be broken.

    That's all. :)

  2. I envy you your heated seats! Great answers - I admit that I'm disappointed by Facebook too. :)

  3. Oh, excellent answers. And I get the feeling that my daughter will answer the same way about me as you did about your mom. But I beg to differ on another answer of yours, dear lady...you are very memorable.

  4. Congratulations on cutting down!

This week I broke through the wall that was Chapter Five, in my revisions. I knew something was wrong, but couldn't figure out what or how to fix it, but now it's A ZILLION times awesomer than it was.

  5. That cartoon is hilarious. :D
    As is your dream response.
And anyone editing and cutting like you should get to wear a tiara today.

  6. Hey!
The dreaded editing and revising stage. Ugghhh...feel your pain. I just started my blog this week, and have found many more ways to procrastinate with this involved now. Mostly because I find myself in a nonstop loop of blog hopping and suddenly I have no idea how I got where I am and where it all started.

Keep your head up on the cutting back. You are doing an amazing job. It's hard to cut stuff out.

Stop by my blog and check it out. Remember, I am a newbie. But, I'd love for people in the same boat to be able to connect. It makes writing not such a lonely job. You'll be on my to be followed list as well! :) Good luck!

  7. I love reading the responses to these tags. Both random and interesting.

My big break this week was that I tweaked an outline and began another one. Now to write these new books!

  9. Eisley: :) I typed "tagged" into google images and that popped up. I felt it was fitting.

    Simon: :-P

Shannon: The heated seats are amazing! And if facebook would improve instead of add it would be much improved.

Carolina: :) I'm getting over the notion, it just comes to mind easily.

Amalia: A ZILLION times?! Congrats, that's spectacular. Sometimes I feel that editing requires just as much, if not more support, than writing.

Tricia: I have a plastic tiara. I shall wear it the day I finish editing. My promise to you. :)

Tiffany: HI! Welcome, I'm so glad you found me. I'm on your blog too. I can't wait to hear more from you. :-D

Medeia: Wow, you're working hard. You're motivating me a lot! I just broke into editing ch 15. :)

Mireyah: The LG lotus is square. :-p (And mine is red)
